Doctors & Staff

Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Patterson Eye Care the leading provider of vision care products and services in Conway.

Dr. Bill Patterson

Dr. Bill Patterson grew up in Luxora (Mississippi County), Arkansas. He attended the University of Central Arkansas and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry.

He has two sons. Will, a senior at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, and the late Ben, who passed away in August 2007 from a rare neurological disease called Neurodegeneration with Brain Iron Accumulation.

Dr. Patterson is involved in various community and church activities, but outside of the office his passion is photography of sports, wildlife and landscapes. His photography can be seen in various local newspapers, magazines, and coffee table books such as Capture Arkansas. He is also a photographer at the annual Cotton Bowl for the Cotton Bowl Association.

Jolinda Rehak

Having begun her eye care career with Dr. Bill at Walmart in 1995, and having worked with him ever since, Jolinda is the longest tenured person in the office. Although she has served in every capacity, Jolinda’s primary role is assisting clients in the selection, use and care of contacts. Jolinda’s hobbies include riding her Harley with her husband, gardening and keeping up with her grandchildren.

Felicia Howard

A licensed optician, Felicia joined our office when it opened in November of 2009. Her eye care resume includes the Baker Eye Institute and previous to that, Vision Care Arkansas. Her accumulated time in the eye care field totals almost 20 years. Felicia’s primary role is dispensing and fitting glasses, although she is eager to cross-train into the other specialties in the office. In what she jokingly refers to as her free time, Felicia can be found cheering from the sidelines of her sons’ sports programs or serving in the Church of Christ in Enola.

Brandi Robertson

A veteran of eight years in the eye care industry, Brandi serves primarily at the reception desk setting appointments and greeting clients. However, Brandi is an apprenticed optician and her many other roles include assisting clients in the contacts and glasses venues as well as insurance verification and filing. Outside the office, Brandi enjoys painting, creating decorative wreaths, travelling and spending time with family.

Cindy Rush

By February of 2010, our office had grown to the size that we needed a specialist for insurance billing. Cindy had been Dr. Bill’s medical transcriptionist for almost a decade before the introduction of electronic records and she was the perfect candidate for the job. Although insurance remittance is her primary role, she is consistently adding new tasks and abilities to her office repertoire. Away from the office, she enjoys reading and writing but not near as much as she enjoys her granddaughters.

Ashley Wilson

Ashley joined Patterson Eye Care in 2014, bringing six years of optical experience with her. Ashley loves spending time with her husband and sons, particularly in the outdoors.

Jimmie Howard

Jimmie joined our staff in February 2015.   He has worked as a lens grinder for many years, and brings the ability to edge lenses for patients. He can also often repair eyeglasses that appear to be hopelessly damaged. Jimmie is married to our optician, Felicia. He enjoys spending time with his family, particularly watching his sons play basketball.
